Passed away peacefully on January 19, 2019. Dearly loved father of Richard and Brian. Loved and cared for by Maria and Laura. Much loved son of Maria and Francesca (dec). Loved brother and brother in law of Maria and Carmelo, Bruno and Sasha, and Rosina and Peter. Loved by all of his nieces and nephews. Sammy will be sadly missed by his loving family, his extended family and many dear friends.

Rosary will be held in the chapel, Rankins Funeral Home, 270 Cowper Street, Warrawong on Thursday January 24, 2019 at 6pm.
Requiem Mass for the repose of Sammy’s soul will be celebrated at, St Patricks Catholic Church, O’Donnell Street, Port Kembla on Friday January 25, 2019 at 11am, to be followed by burial in Lakeside Memorial Park Cemetery, 230 Kanahooka Road, Kanahooka. All relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Motor Neurone Disease Research Institute Australia would be appreciated.
