Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on November 4, 2018. A loved wife, mother and mother in law of Michael, Jason, Leanne and their partners. Much loved Nanna of Aaron, Jamie, Emma, Tahlia, Justin, Jake and great grand Nanna of Harper. Loved sister of Pamela, Peter. Patricia will be sadly missed by her loving family, many dear friends and colleagues at Woolworths.

A graveside service for Patricia will be held at, Albion Park Cemetery, Croome Road, Albion Park Rail on Friday November 9, 2018 at 10am. All relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend and please wear blue or bright colours.
