Passed away peacefully while sleeping May 30, 2018. Beloved wife of Fred. Much loved mother and mother in law of Christine and Garry (dec|), Mark and Charlene. Beloved Nanna of Alex, Jackson. Loved siter of Mary (dec), Gerald (dec), Peter (dec), Tony and Kate. Pat will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

A Requiem Mass for the repose of Pat’s soul will be celebrated at St Patricks Catholic Church, O’Donnell Street Port Kembla on Tuesday June 5, 2018 at 11am. Following the service the funeral will proceed to Lakeside Memorial Park, Kanahooka Road, Kanahooka.
