Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 23rd November 2023. Beloved wife of Robert (Chic) dec. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Stephen and Paulette, Cliff and Kath, Kim (dec). Loving Nan of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Frances will be sadly missed by her loving family and dear friends.
